I’m Sara, an interdisciplinary scholar and cultural practitioner.
I’m currently a PhD researcher at the LSE’s International Relations Department, funded by the AHRC’s LAHP doctoral training partnership, and a visiting PhD fellow in the Department of Political Science at Johns Hopkins University.
I research and write at the intersection of transnational politics, aesthetics, and creative resistance – with a current focus on cultural producers exiled from contemporary Myanmar.
I also collaborate with artists and academic institutions to produce digital, educational, and experiential creative outputs.
